Passive Adult Behavior

Meanwhile back on the ranch…

Big Brother in a Sauron Moment espies an Adult deep in the act of passive thought

Big Brother Slaps "Parental Advisory" on Passive Adult Pre-Thought

And because this particular Eye can’t speak, what the Mouth of Sauron might say from his castle…somewhere…on some quarantined land…say, a continent maybe or something…(oh! specifically from the Sims2!)…

The Mouth of Sauron (from "Return of the King" extended)

Then there’s this little jump to the left or to the right or to somewhere, maybe even full circle when it comes to attempts at profiling and thought control (however well-intentioned).   …Don’t forget to open your umbrellas.  And whatever you do, for criminey sake, don’t behave like an adult.

It’s astounding, time is fleeting
Madness takes its toll
But listen closely, not for very much longer
I’ve got to keep control

I remember doing the TIme Warp
Drinking those moments when
The blackness would hit me and the void would be calling
Let’s do the time warp again…
Let’s do the time warp again!

It’s just a jump to the left
And then a step to the right
With your hands on your hips
You bring your knees in tight
But it’s the pelvic thrust that really drives you insane,
Let’s do the Time Warp again!

It’s so dreamy, oh fantasy free me
So you can’t see me, no not at all
In another dimension, with voyeuristic intention
Well-secluded, I see all
With a bit of a mind flip
You’re there in the time slip
And nothing can ever be the same
You’re spaced out on sensation, like you’re under sedation
Let’s do the Time Warp again!

Well I was walking down the street just a-having a think
When a snake of a guy gave me an evil wink
He shook me up, he took me by surprise
He had a pickup truck and the devil’s eyes.
He stared at me and I felt a change
Time meant nothing, never would again
Let’s do the Time Warp again!

    1. Isn’t that the truth with this whole LL Adult mess! (The “passive adult behavior” in the LL definition just continues to boggle. Talk about a wildly slippery slope. Your post on all of this is so wonderful, I didn’t even try to articulate what you’ve already said so eloquently. Hence, the videos (and the wonderful Eye!) Re “The Wall”…great great song! 🙂 In thinking about it, the nice thing about “social” walls (sounds oxymoronish)…they have a way of being torn down, one way or another. 🙂
